Dean Hubbard, M.Sc
After graduating from Guelph University with a Masters Degree in Statistical Science, Dean began his career as a statistical consultant in 1987. He moved to a Provincial Crown Corporation where he worked as an analyst in the Research and Evaluation branch, Manager, Corporate Data Services and ultimately rose to become Director, Support Services in the Information Services Division. After a string of accomplishments throughout his Senior Management career, Dean founded Good Measure Consulting Inc. and brings his experience in developing credible, consistent and timely measurement reporting to a diverse range of clients. Sectors in which Dean has worked include financial services, insurance,
health care, government services, education and agriculture.
